Terms and Conditions

By booking or attending a Leapday workshop or event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments
  • All workshop and event bookings must be made in advance via our website.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Participant Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop/event will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop/event are non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

  • Leapday Cancellations:

    • If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop/event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session.

3. Transfers and Substitutions
  • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance with the new participant’s details.

  • Transfers to a different workshop date may be possible at our discretion if requested at least 3 days before the event.

4. Conduct and Participation
  • By attending a Leapday workshop or event, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of our Code of Conduct. No refunds will be given in such cases.

5. Liability
  • Leapday is not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged during our workshops or events.

  • While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure participant safety, you attend workshops and events at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for any personal injury unless caused by our negligence.

6. Privacy
  • We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By booking a workshop, you consent to us using your contact details to provide important updates about your booking.

7. Changes to These Terms
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
