Today's blog is basically a correction. I changed my mind about something. Luckily, when you're playful that's something that you stay open to! As someone who allows for surprises and is open to being influenced, changing my mind is one of my favourite things!

Here are two people who approach their work/art playfully and inspire me in doing so.

I recently ran a workshop for some aspiring theatre-makers, using improv exercises and games to help them explore playfulness as part of a training day about making your own work. At the end of the session we were reflecting and one of the participants asked me “But what about when you’re by yourself?”
